Dear ANA Members and Well-wishers,
Thank you all for attending in person, participating via online, and
watching live via DCNepal.com our ANA Special Meeting of general body
members called as per the Article V Section 2 of Bylaws to address all
the pertinent issues. You asked us direct and pointed questions and
commented on the state of ANA, we appreciate them and have taken to
heart. Thank you for showing your confidence on us and directing to
take actions to accomplish ongoing issues.
We will give you update on all other issues shortly but first as proposed, passed and directed by you, fellow members in the special meeting and with inherent authority of elected body, that while having an Elected Body creating a parallel structure to divide the organization by forming “ad-hoc” against the bylaws; conspiring against the officers and other members; constantly creating road blocks to accomplish the job of closing the Boston Financial issues and ANA priorities; tarnishing the image of ANA for personal fame; threatening with legal case while the process of implementing on commission’s report and independent third party auditing has yet to be completed to force resignations; claiming authority to appoint, and dismiss meetings, misleading other executives; slandering personally to undermine elected body; and many more reasons, Mr. Shambhu Dhungana’s executive membership has been hereby revoked as per direction given by you in the Special Meeting.
Let it be known to all that he no longer represents ANA in any capacity. If any misrepresentations are being done, members are advised to inform. Also as directed by you there is no “ad-hoc” committee of ANA, only executive members working as a team going forward.
