I think its because you stand alot in a day at your work. I think you can add some salt in warm water and shoak your feet. it has worked for my foot. I hope it will in your too and also you might need to change you shoes too. if you have to stand alot then i think it will be better to by Dr scholes shoes or some high sol shoes.
Hope this will help
Have a blessed day

buy a pair of insole from any pharmancy stores (CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid) and put it in your shoes whenever you have to stand for extended period of time.
While at home, use Epson salt with bucket of warm water and just soak your feet upto ankle for half an hour.
Works very well.

Along with the padded insole, do this simple exercise.

You can put a hard cover book or stand on the bottom stairs,  keep half of your foot and lift your body up for couple mintues, it will help to strech your legs and the nurves.

If the advise works , please do not forget the feedback.

Also, check out the symptoms for Uric Acid problems. People with uric acid problem tend to get sharp pain on their Kurkuchha. If the paid is dull and long it could be becasue of standing for long time but if its sharp and stingy it could be becasue of Uric Acid problem. I am no doctor but do not rule out the issue of possible uric acid problem.
