Hey Everyone,

I have few questions about immigration:

I have only 6 months experience after my BS. Having said this:

1. can I tell to DOL that i was working on evening shift while I was on BS degree ? (I can make a experience letter from a company in Nepal)

2. For EB2: I heard master is sufficient, but my office wants to put master + 1 yr, so do this 1 yr of experience should be after BS graduation ?

3. Can i use experience that I got while working full time during OPT/CPT ?

4. Is it possible to be eligible for EB2 based on education , if I get master's degree after joining the company ?

5. If I change the deparment with the same employeer, is it possible to count the experience with former department ? Let say, I used to work in the department 'A' at wells fargo company and after 2 years I changed the department to 'B' at Wells faro. Can I include that 2 yrs experience while filing LC ?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks!

well u don't need any years of experience for EB2 after u have masters.
But if ur company is insisting to put masters + 1 year of exp, then i believe its better to show 1 years of experience after masters. You can use the experience from the same company if u can show ur new job responsibility differ by more than 50% from ur earlier responsibility.
