Guys!! I have been living in boston for a while and I work in a software firm which is pretty stable in terms of revenue. Though I do not enjoy much at the work cox it's kinda support type but they are paying me good salary. My problem is I am pretty fed up with the weather of Boston. Winter is so depressing and couldn't just find a way to live active life. I want to move towards west but when I think about the cost to start from scratch in a new place I just can't help myself prepared to reach the decision. Boston is good place to live but this f***ing weather is just becoming unbearable. Do u guys feel the same or it's just me ?

Damn bro, exactly in the same situation like me, even your job sounds like mine. However I like in the Northwest right now. Great summer but very short. Winter is long, very long, not very cold but barely any sun for months, and of course 33 days of straight rains some years. I used to live in the Midwest and I hated that weather, and now I hate here too. Don't get me wrong, I will live here if I can see the sun few time a week, which is not possible. Lots of outdoor activities, mountains, river, lakes and ocean. I was fine for few years but now it's getting on my nerve having no sun all through the winter. I'm suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) now, it sucks.
Keeping those in mind, I've finally narrowed down my choice, Colorado, probably Denver. It seems Colorado is basically just like Northwest but there is sun (Hallelujah!!!) all throughout the year, bit colder (hey...I can take it). We Nepali need sun, period.
So buddy, go to California...avoid Oregon and Washington state.

Anybody in Denver willing to give some info, since I'm thinking about taking a trip pretty soon? I know there are millions of Nepali there. I'm NOT looking for loading, food or a job. Just your friendly Nepali suggestion about some descent neighbours, probably someone who's been there for 5+ years. Shoot me an email, will appreciate very much.
