one of my friend got arrested by police department and is in county jail rite now n its been almost 3 dayz now!! actually he was charged by his boss for robbing his own store where he used to work although my friend did was just took his salary calculating all his hours and left note to the boss and quit the job cuz his boss had hold his 5 weeks pay. Now we are not being able to bail bond him because immigration(ICE) had put hold on him although the judge has put $5000 bond on him. We have no idea what shall we do so we need a good immigration criminal lawyer in HOUSTON!! So anybody knows a good criminal immigration lawyer in HOUSTON area?? plzz need a favor...

If the immigration placed a hold, even you pay the bond the money will go to waste. If the bond is set at 5000, you can find a bailsbond and you will have to pay like 500-600 and the bond will be posted. Now here's the legal loophole; after a bond is posted for a person they should be free within 24 hours. If the immigration puts a hold on you, that means they will come and get you. So if the immigration doesn't pick him up after 24 hrs of posting the bond, you can hire a lawyer and he will file a Habeas corpus and he will walk out of the county court.
But if the immigration does come before 24 hours they will detain him and proceed with removals. Out of fear or whatever your friend should remain silent(that's your right) and not sign any paperworks.
If you were to post the bond do it on early Monday morning.

 Thank you for your suggestion. But the problem we got is no bail bonding company is willing to help us . They give only one answer that is our freind got hold from ICE ,  Though we make  bond of him from jail , he can't come out side , they will take him to ICE coustudy.
And we have called many law Offices some of they say they can't help the student and some of they say that we need to hire two lawyers, one for immigration and another for criminal. We need help in find one lawyer who can do both work. If anybody knows such lawyers plz gives us his address.
