Don't worry brother..they wont check your tax things while approving h1b

I am in a same problem.Are you sure that tax would not create a problem while applying for H1B??Have you any closer experience??

Don't worry guys,you will have no problem with H1b stuffs but may be for GC filing.

I am not a guru of this subject, But during my readings and findings I have some points -
IRS is different than USCIS.
IRS only deals with your tax and money. They don't care your immigration status. Even a illegal can file a tax if they have SSN or ITIN.

F1 ma huda, 5-6 varsa tax vhariyo, student credit ani arue tax benefits ni pahiyo.
Now USICS doesn't care your tax thing.
