A SITUATION.
MY MFRIEND'S I 20 EXPRED MAY 15TH, AND THE INTERNATIONAL ADVISOR AT CURRENT COLLEGE ADVISED TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER COLLEGE IN ORDER TO GET A NEW I 20, AND ALSO SAID THAT, HE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR "OPT" SINCE THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED. ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFO WHETHER HE CAN GET HIS OPT AFTER TRANSFERING?? YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

everything should be alright if another college accepts him as a transfer student and issues a new i20 for him. he'll be able to get opt once he completes his degree. but it might be hard to transfer because his i20 is already expired. i20 expire huda ni nasakine kasto padhai padheko timro saathile?
