Based on this discussion of tourism, Sidster and I came to this conclusion. Do you agree with this or not?

Nepal as a nation is not making progress because Nepalese, as a people, are too defensive and insecure individually, to be able to come and work togethor for the greater good. We don't know how to communicate without fighting and putting each other down. This is why we can't move forward on anything. This is the reason we have so much difficulty doing anything, including writing our own constitution.
