Sathi ho, speeding citation ko lagi court date pani aayo, tara insurance linda kheri fake nepali driver liscense haleko thiye 4 5 barsa ko experience dekhayera, ani speeding chahin 46 thiyo 25 ma, ticket ni 200 $ jatikai cha, court ma sabai purano kura haru i mean tyo nakkali nepali liscence ko kura nikalcha hola judge le? pir paryo, khurukka paisa tiraun ki jasto pani lagcha, k garaun Sathi tatha Daju Bhai haru??

I dont never understand why all nepalese think like this. Its all your fault that u were speeding. You can go to court but cant defete police on that case. You can ask judge for defensive  driving course but you still have to pay court fee and waste your time.
I know your insurance goona be more after this ticket but if u have such thing why dont u just pay ticket and stay away from court??
Judge will not find your nepali liscence and cant check if thats real or not but stay out of trouble . Pay ticket and stay away!

 Why do u have to go to court for a speeding ticket... why didn't you just go ahead and pay the fine and be out of this situation....

2) Say "NO Contest" and traffic class. -- This is all you are gping to speak outta yr mouth.
3) He will reduce the price tag from 200 to something less
4) You will have to take a course.
5) Best part is it wont go into your record, if this was your first offence in the last 18 months.
6) Do not say anything else then what I have stated above. Remember this is your court appearance date and not your hearing date. So... you are not defending yourself and you wont be asked who, why and/or what. All the judge is going to ask you is Guilty or not and no contest means not guilty, but you don’t want to contest.

vyrus bro - he needs to go to court since he got the court date to appear. You shud go to court no matter what. 

However, the court will never ask about whether you had submitted plausible documents for insurance or for even during car registration or license. The court trial is all about whether to fine you for speeding or not and they will ask nothing more than that. Since the cop will have checked ur speeding using radar, you  may not win by  saying u were not speeding but you can give some convincing reasons and u didn't know u speeded a lil bit and reduced ur speed as soon as you knew you were out of speed limit. Tell then it's ur fist time (if it is in real) and will take the courses and they will reduce ur fine and points (if applicable). 

 As far as the topic is concerned... you got ticket for speeding and not for not having insurance right??? Every ticket you get has a court date, but u can do a wavier of not having to appear at the court if you plee guilty to the speeding charges.... if the cop has checked your driver license and mentioned that you were speeding then you were speeding.... there is no way out unless the cop does not show up at the court on the court date.... but regardless of the case... if you are worried about your nepal ko fake license... no need to worry the judge will not ask you your driving histrory unless its horrific.... so just do a no-contest and pay the fine and avoide going to the court...

First of all, i appreciate everyone's suggestions, ark, yes i have court date scheduled too, since it is my first time, so i am trying to avoid some points and fine in my liscence and insurance. The only thing that bothered me was if he was going to ask me about the fake liscence, since they wouldn't ask then its fine with me, i was just trying to say yes i did speeding but in the mean time, i wanted to convince the judge to lower my fines saying that i would take defensive driving course if that would help me in my future insurance rates and points. So, Vyrus, I should go there and just simply tell No contest and plead for lowering the fines and accept my mistake right? I have no problem paying the money, as it is my mistake, and the consequence is bitter, the insurance rate will be my only problem..Thank you guys, you guys helped me reduce the size of burden from my head.

 Goto court house. You do not need to wait till the due date. Go and talk with clerk there, and tell her that you will take defensive driving driving class, pay court fee and it is done....Clerk will give you 90 days to send the DD certificate. You will do same thing if you go on the scheduled date...it is not as big as you are thinking...
