Silver is a best prescious metal to buy right now as a long term investment coz it's price is bottom low today.
Gold is getting low too because of strong US Dollar right now. 

For Nepalese people- I suggest to buy Silver coz gold is too expensive for them. 
It is only for people who have saving(extra money in bank).
