I have salary 55k now and my company already filed my EB2 Labor with the PWD is 70k.
When I would get that salary ?
after getting green card or after labor approved and before 485 file ?
Anybody has any idea?

You can get up to the I140 stage. However, you will need better evidence of the salary payment when you do your I 485.

EB2 GC is for future employment. So, your current pay does not matter for any stages of greencard. Whether the company can pay you the stated salary depends on the company's financial status, which your attroney has to submit during I-140 filling. I had paystubs less that that would pay under EB2 GC, but got approved.
No need to worry as long as you have good company and credentials.
