Hello Dear all, I have filed family petition I-730 before 9 month ago but 5 days ago I got a letter from USCIS saying “either you or the beneficiary of this petition appears to be inadmissible pursuant to the terrorist-related grounds of inadmissibility under section 212 (a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)., I am so shocked because I always in against of any kinds of violence and terrorist activities.
Now, what to do? I don't have any Idea. So, please help me….
My questions are:
1. Do you think, this kind of case will approve or not? How long it takes? Does anybody know the exact time?
2. Is there any legal process that I can follow to get the approval? If yes, how ?
I will really appreciate your help

i read a news report months ago - can't find the link right now - that folks get implicated in the much-debated "material support bar" provisions of the immigration law. this "bar" kicks in if the officers detect that you or ur relatives, somehow, knowingly or unknowingly, made a move that somehow was helpful to one or more group(s) that the US government lists as "atankakari". hope you unknowingly did not say "yes" to some questions in the application that asked you if you have ever aided these negative elements in any way.
if that is the case, i am sorry to say, no matter how painful it is for you, that you are in deep shit for the long haul.
good luck.

Dear Kailoketa thank you. Does USCIS opens the holding cases/ files and review by time for decision or just they put on indefinite hold? If any body have any Idea? Is the waiver  process will be effecting or not ? suggestions will be very helpful , please, thank you
