Bro, It was the same earthquake felt in Nepal. And the magnitude of the earthquake doesn't change over the distance. So the DMG should have measured the same magnitude in Nepal. But the intensity which is the measure of the damage done by earthquake or the shaking of the ground dies out over the distance.
