 Today I tried to take taxi and none of them want to go with meter on. They asked fixed rate which is almost double the meter price. After asking with about 10 taxis, I gave up and took micro bus. 

I have been back to KTM after a long time and so much has changed. Not in a good way. 

Isn't there anyplace where we can report such criminal activities?

What a shame to my beautiful country.

Lol. So you want to report criminal activities to other criminals? lol..Good luck with that. btw, who cares. :)

Sorry but this is how it works in nepal. Drivers has valid reason too. Do you know how hard for them to get the Petrol these days? So if they put the meter back on and drive then they gets nothing with that hard earned fuel.
you should live like a Nepali in Nepal ( not american) :)
