Needs suggestion from sajha friends:

My master's in Computer science from US university is about to be finished. I worked full time on CPT for more than a year (15-16) months. Now CPT is about to be finished. CPT extension seems not possible.
Can I join any colleges or university that will provide me initial full time CPT. Normally, CPT is provided after one or few semesters. I am planning to have it beforehand when I
joined for another master's so that I can look for h1b and can file it?

if unfortunately I didn't get any such colleges for CPT, then only probability is to join another master's to preserve status.
While enrolling for another master's degree, at the same time can I look for h1b and can file it if any company is willing to do it?

Thank you

If I understood you correct then:

I don’t think you need to be on CPT to get an H1 approved. You can tell your possible employer that you have one masters and if they get your H1 approved you will leave college and start working.  All you need is an offer letter. They can even put a date of H1 start as the end of your current semester so that you don’t lose any completed work in school. Once your H1 gets approved, you can no longer be a full time student from the date when your H1 was supposed to start, because of the “no double status” clause.

Please verify what I said with your possible H1 employer. Their HR would know more on it....

Best of luck.
