if i were you i'd go for the second one. although the first one gives you 2 lenses and lots of other stuff, their quality is not going to be good. 18-135mm lens is much better compared to 18-55mm and 75-300mm lenses and although a bit heavier, 18-135mm lens is a very nice all-around lens.
and all those SD cards, tripod, etc you're getting on the first deal, they're going to be crappy. it doesn't say what class the card is, if it's class 4 or lower, the camera won't record videos and when shooting in burst mode, the camera will halt after 10-12 pictures. that tripod probably won't even support the weight of the camera. however, an extra battery and the bag might be useful, but the rest is basically junk. i'd suggest you to get the second deal and buy a 16 or 32 GB class 10 SD card.
