 Hi friends, I am  on f2 visa and currently working in a gas station   I have a bachleors degree in management from US and my employer ready to file my labor certification through one of his store . Is it a good idea to file labor certification through a convenient store under unskilled category . What's the processing time for labor certification. And processing i140. I need your sugesstion guys as it is really hard to find a job nowadays. Your views are wel come. Thank you.  .

Do you have any options to file other than this. If no then filing gotta be better than not filing at all. !

 better to find a job based on your education and then file under EB category.

If you file through gas station and get rejected then that will impact your future filing..so be careful it's very hard to get approve from such filing (gas station, restaurent).
