Hello everybody,
I am one ordinary guy form NY. Today, I would like to share some views . One of my friend just got a new job in a store and he is never been working in a store before. His boss is really nice. but a problem is there was another nepali guy who is working before him. My friend doesn't know how to work properly in a store, instead of helping him that bastard do not want to teach him at all and put anger on him. That bastard treat him like shit... neither he is boss or manager he is just worker like a him. I told my friend quit that job and you don;t have to work with that bastard.

I agree Facebook !!!
Everyone goes through but somehow forgets when table are turned. Let's hope when your friend is better and there is another new worker at a place where he is working , he treats him better!!

he needs to rise above the other guy with a hard work. people shouldn't quit just because the other guy is an asshole. you'll meet asshole in every corner of your life, you just have to deal with it.

Well said dolphin.
Greenday, I think that question best suits the person you are talking about. Besides, if we weren't selfish, we wouldn't exist.

That bastard eventually will become friend, believe me or he is just insecured or hes just trying to boss around becaise someone else treated him the same way when he started or he hates other nepali or its because its crazy new york.

Hello greenday

My suggestion would be behave him as your another coworker. Never share your personal stuff with that guy even he is nepali, it might backfire you. I have heard one stances where a guy from nepal was happy because there was another nepali co-worker. He looks helpful but later found out he was a silent killer. It was already too late as he was dependent on him and he has shared all his stuffs with him. He gave a hard time and even deleted his work that inturn created conflict with manager, coz they demand timely work

manger thought both are nepali and they should get along well, but that wasn't the case, the seniour nepali doesnt want him in his work place, so was looking plan to kick him out.which he eventually succedded and even badmouthed the dismissed coworker which should have been reversed, but that dismissed guy left quietly coz he doesnt want to see his face.

So DONT TRUST YOUR CO_WORKER EVEN IF THEY ARE NEPALI, U BETTER KEEP MY WORDS.get along with others worker too, who knows they might be a decent guy instead of fellow nepalese.

why would your friend quit the job. rather it would be best if he talks about his issue to his boss who seems like a nice guy. He would do something instead. leaving the job would be like running away from your problems so my friend ask him to be bold and face the situation. If the new guy treats him like shit why can't  you do the same. thinking about new job would be an escape out.

Greenday,
People are not selfish but Nepali (not all, but most) are.....same thing happened with me but not by the one who is senior to me but from someone I hired and promoted , he start showing his face , color after I referred him to different department ,
he did everything to have me fired but these kind of people are so stupid that he never understand why my boss agreed to hire the person I refer... He tried to stabb me so many times but He never get succeed but it was really stress full to handle his Nepali type diplomacy at work ..
So I Totally understand what might going through him.

Thanks everybody for sharing yours opinion. My friend don"t want to quit a job. He wants to see what will happen next??..He said he wanna see That's bastard still remain same or not. Complaining to him to the boss is not going to work coz that bastard work there for long time. so, he know pretty much how to work properly in that store. And I know life is difficult,we have to struggle to get something, but I just got surprise that Nepali worker couldn"t want to help Nepali. Before also some people come to my work without any experience, I remembered I try to teach him coz he is just came from his country to US. And everybody knows that how difficult to work first time without any exprience. Anyway thanks again for everybody..
Have a Gud one!!..:)

Everyone is for themselves.. We are lucky to find someone who would think good of others.. Eventually everyone would think of themselves down the line.. In a place like USA, i dont think its good to expect something as such where people would want to see you do good.. Yes there are few good souls who would genuinely look out, but those good souls are hard to find..

I myself havent found anyone in Nepal, so I would expect people to be as such in USA. But then we are mere humans, we trust, and we get betrayed all over again :)

Human brains works differently than aminals. These top three things makes animal selfish: food, sex and heirarchy, but humans have millions reasons to be selfish.

greenday , you have come all the way to usa from nepal, almost 5000 miles, so why u need nepali or expect anything from nepali
behave equally in your work place with all, this will be beneficial for you as well as other. I will share one story about nepali dude.
There were all americans in the worplace and two nepalese,  both boss was american, and one nepali was 5 yr senior to him, he trust to this senior nepali blindly but infact he doesnt like him, their boss had a son from previous realtionship and her previous husband was not successful as present one, but she had son from ex so they exchange their son every week on the mcdolad which she told to seniour nepali and junior nepali didnt know. One day senior nepali took other nepali to lunch at the same place, and there was a xchange of son going on by their boss which both nepali saw. The boss did take it seriously and told to present husband. Her husband jessy was fully engaged in firing junior nepali and he did. According to him, junior nepali is getting involved in thier personal stuff rey.
So dont trust even if they are nepali, behave equally

well i just also want to share the place where i used to work has a nepali and i got a job may be because of him , he looks so helpful and decent, he is ready to help others , asking for like this, do u guys need help but when i ask him, he becomes so formal, khoi tha chaina is usually his answer, i was so fked up with his attitude

I came to know he is too dekhaute, and he is not wht he looks

he had sex with the stripper who was a neighbour tenant during college days in beaumont, texas while hving masters degree.
he used to go near her apartment so tht he will get opportunity ahead of other nepalese student, i heard from his roommate during college days.
FKED with those type of guys.
Better to be never around to those guys
work alone where r no nepali
