Why the heck I will vote. I don't even understand what is written in that freaking site. Why don't you people who understand it decide in fair way, what the hell u gonna do winning it.

Some of the children who made this video and participated in all aspect of creating it used to be child workers. This is the first time they are doing something that have really excited them. This was an opportunity and a challenge we threw to them to be creative and produce something that could enter into an international competition. So that is always a winning idea. Secondly, these children volunteer every morning at a child rehabilitation center helping intellectually and physically handicapped children get love and care and learn in a non-violent way. So, we are helping the most needy children in a very positive way. I have already signed up and have yet to vote, what I am waiting for is a reason to do so. Answer the question straight: What do the children get out of this? Don't tell me they deserve it and everything else.

 What do you think they will get? Children who were child workers two years ago now winning a contest for their creative work. What answer do you find in your heart? If you cannot find it in your heart, there is no answer.

We answered a simple question. What will the children get if they win the contest? Is there a monetary prize or some kind of pledge to help the kids from the organizing team?
You can't even answer that simple question. I am assuming the kids won't get any thing out of this.

Only some people think money is everything. For us building a winning attitude is more important. We did not participate for money as it is not a big amount. If you had visited the site you would have learned whether there is monetary reward or not. You can see that contestant probably have spent more money than any monetary reward. But then this is a reality of Nepal CYNICISM.

I am completely against voting just because those kiddo are Nepalese or submitter is neplease. May be it is used for publicity or some funding propaganda by some NGO/INGO.

If you guys are so much for social cause give some details, who you are, which orgn, what you have done till now...

Rama ji, I think your intentions are in right place. However, understand that these internet voting awards do not mean much. What should the kids be proud of? Proud of getting blind votes? That credit should go to you as you are the one advocating for it.
You might say what's wrong with it..not that this is a really bad thing or anything, it's just that these kinds of voting do not benefit anybody other than the organizers, in this case dinahosting.com who gets all of our emails. Not a big sacrifice for a good cause, but is it really a good cause?

These kinds of things give us a false sense of satisfaction that we are doing something for the kids, while in fact the kids don't get anything out of it. The foundation you're supporting, Eduvision, seems to be doing good things. It'd be better if you ask us to support it.
