I agree with Swaziland's argument. If you want to take away the result, you have to eliminate the cause. Cause of the rape is provocative women with skimpy dresses. Take that away and you won't have a cause. Na Rahega baas Na bajegi basuri.

I don't want to stop there though. The cause of all burglary and robbery is money. We have to take money away from every single person.

On a personal level, if I am jealous that you are wearing a nice dress and riding a hot car, I have the right to cease them from you as my jealousy could induce violent behaviors..hence take away the cause.

What a farcical law. If a person is likely to be tempted to rape a woman after seeing her in provocative outfits, he might have some mental issues. Getting attracted to a woman in some sexy outfit is one thing, raping is a totally different manner. You don't force another human being to have sex with you against your will just because you're horny, unless you've got a sick mentality. 

This is like a government banning people from wearing expensive jewelleries and riding fancy cars because some people might be tempted to steal those goods. 

Since penis is involved in rape cut all the penises as soon as a male child is born. Why decrease rape let's eliminate it altogether.
