I keep absolutely destroying her like four times a week. Afterwards she locks herself in the bathroom and cries. One time she cried for 3 hours, I am getting sick of this but she keeps asking me to play Halo against her and she takes it really seriously. Should I let her win?

I used to be in the same predicament as you and upon experimenting, I discovered that the sex was better when I let her win. It was even better when she actually believed she won. So you have get better as losing realistically
