i am completing my undergraduate in stats next yr and have always to study and live in us. is the job market for stats grad any good??

Of course not! If you have good English and have PhD in STAT, you will land yourself a faculty position in one of the top ranking Universities. There are not many Stat people who speak English very well. All the stat courses I had in the past were taught by Chinese mumbles..

Also, try to find interdisciplinary field such as Economic statistics/Econometrics, Biometrics, Computational biology/Bioinformatics. That is where you will roll more money, but you have to have interest in those cross pollinated fields. If you are interested, I know some faculty in those areas and can help you find graduate position.
