Friends, is it better to file eb3 vs eb2 to avoid chances of being audited during perm? Does one or the other have a lower audit rate? No point filing under eb2 if it is gonna go through audit and take 2 years for the audit to get through labor.
I hear that 30% of perm cases are audited. This particular one is being filed through a large US corporation, but it is the first time they're filing perm for an employee.
