I am poor guy and can't afford a lawyer to fill out my TPS application. I have following situation and not sure anybody is having exact same issue. do you guys think any nepali lawyer (khagendra kc or bandita sharma dahal ) can provide answers for free . :) .. not sure whether or not I should email them. if anyone is having same issue please let me know.

I entered USA as a f1 student. My employer filed h1 and h1 has been approved but my change of status has been denied. My employer again filed MTR for the denial and now I am waiting for MTR result.

I am trying fill out the I-821 Form but not sure what to fill out on 25 b (Date authorized period of stay in the United States expired or will expire) and 26 (current immigration status).

Now, I am wondering what should be I filling out in 25 b. Should I fill out "DIS" as per the I-94, or my current I-20 Expiration date or my H1 approved date or something else.

Also in 26 what should I enter. I can't write overstay because my MTR is pending and it might get approve. Can I write MTR in progress or something like that and write a letter stating what does that mean.

Please help.
