I was tortured by a dhotiko consultancy on some of the stuff. They always paid me regular salary in time. But, I had agreement with them about Bonus and paid vacation too.

Tesle malai Software Engineer ma hire gareko and client ma chai sr. post ma pathayo...yo kuralai po maile issue banauna milchha ki?

Bonus is all up to employer discretion. i do not think you can fight for that. If you did not use paid vacation, you should be able to get compensation for that.

Do not try fighting for bonus that will drain your mind and energy. Try to get something out of paid vacation if you have not used it.
