got an IT job while visiting Nepal.
will be back to USA only next month.
employer thinks i am in USA at present.
They did ask for drug test.
what to do now?

You just go to any place where they do the pre employment drug testing, cost varys bet $35-$45
depending on what kind you are doing. Just tell em you are doing pre employment drug test.,thats it. BTW i don't understand contrast bet drug test and emplpyer think i'm in US. If i'm guessing right, you are in Nepal and Employer thinks you are here in US and wants you to submit mandatory drug test required by company policy where as you are not avail in US. tell em the truth and tell em you could either do it in Nepal nd email?fax the result or ...
