Hi all, I applied for my TPS around October got my EAD with it but TPS seems to be pending .Now,my problem here is i was in community college didn't renew my i20 thinking that I will transfer to university but didn't workout as I planned now I am going out of status .So, does anyone have any idea what will happen to my EAD will it still be ok if I work or that will be invalid because there are couple if companies that took interest on my resume and gave me some positive response of hiring but I am not clearly aware of what is going to happen if I don't go school while TPS is pendin. Also,I have thought on doing an asylum but it's been a year and 3 months since I made my last visit to Nepal. Please help me if you guys can p.Sajha has always been helpful to me for any recommendations .

You can continue working in EAD.. Looks like you have violated F1 and will have to reinstate if you want to be in F1 ..if you are working on eb2/eb3 category job you can ask your company to apply Perm and i140 on TPS ... Call USCIS for additional basic info...For law related questions talk to good lawyers who practice in employment categories.. They will charge you consulting fees but believe me it will be worth it...

EAD gives you the legal right to work anywhere in the US even though your TPS is pending. So no issues from work perspective. Like edipre mentions, one can even be sponsored for EB2/EB3 green card from TPS. As for continuing school, I am not sure. My guess is you should have maintained F1 if you wanted to continue school. Would advise you to reach out to a lawyer to get accurate advice. Best of luck.
