"Ad hominem" is a Latin term that translates to "to the person." It refers to a logical fallacy where an argument is directed against a person rather than addressing the substance of the argument itself. In an ad hominem attack, the focus is on discrediting the person making the argument rather than evaluating the merit of their argument. There are different types of ad hominem attacks: Ad Hominem Abusive: This occurs when someone attacks the character of the person making the argument, using insulting language or derogatory remarks. Ad Hominem Circumstantial: This involves attacking the circumstances or personal situation of the person making the argument rather than addressing the argument itself. For example, questioning someone's motives or personal interests. Tu Quoque (You Too): This form of ad hominem involves deflecting criticism by pointing out that the person making the argument is hypocritical or inconsistent in their own behavior.
Here are a few ways ad hominem attacks may manifest on the internet: Personal Insults: Instead of addressing the content of someone's argument, individuals may resort to insulting the person directly, using derogatory language or offensive comments. Attacking Identity or Background: People might focus on personal characteristics, such as someone's gender, race, age, occupation, or other aspects of their identity, as a way to discredit their argument. Questioning Motives: Rather than engaging with the substance of an argument, some individuals may question the motives or intentions of the person making the argument. This can involve assuming ulterior motives without addressing the evidence presented. Bringing up Past Behavior: Participants in online discussions might try to discredit someone's argument by pointing out perceived flaws or mistakes from their past, even if those issues are unrelated to the current topic.
Engaging in ad hominem attacks is generally counterproductive to meaningful and constructive discussions. It's important for individuals to focus on the content of arguments, provide evidence, and address issues rather than resorting to personal attacks. Constructive and respectful dialogue contributes to a healthier online environment and a more productive exchange of ideas.

ए मूजी कट पेस्ट जीनियस, पहिले ad hominem को सही अर्थ त बुझ् न डाम्ना, For example, कसैले तलाई "ए मूजी वाके माइण्ड, त ugly mofo होस् त्यसैले तेरो कुरा र तेरो लेखाइको कुनै value छैन " भन्यो भने that is an ad hominem attack (even though you are really an ugly mofo, your looks should not be used as a basis to make inferences about your thoughts and ideas) कसैले तलाई "ए मूजी वाके माइन्ड, त delusional मूर्ख होस् त्यसैले तेरो लेखाइको value छैन भन्यो भने त्यो ad hominem होइन, because most reasonable people would agree that your wrtings are, in fact delusional Ani कसैले तेरो र इन्डिपे को निर्लज्ज courtship ko आधारमा तेरो लेखाइलाई उडाए भने पनि ad hominem भन्न पाउन्नस् मूजी। Any reasonable person would agree that this coupling of you two has increased the amount of repetitious delusional (see above) posts full of misinformation

If you call someone dumb or stupid because you don't agree with their opinion then that is an ad hominem attack. It shows that you are not mature about disagreeing about someone and that you want to force your way of life on others by force. If you don't agree with Wakey or my posts simply ignore them. People are a right to express their opinion without getting attacked.

When someone continues to attack me, I have to retaliate. I am not Buddha. But if you go back and check, I never attack first.

I dont think I have called anyone retarded or sob or some derogatory terms and I don't think I have attacked someone personally, attacked ideas of course, if I have attacked someone personally unknowingly I would like to mend my ways. If you have proof then please let me know.
