I don't think that counts as Tae-Kwondo was not a medal event but an exhibition one. It is now an official medal event, started in Sydney, for which a Nepalese has qualified. So, the best is yet to come. So far, it's been "SUNNA".

I donýt think Nepal has won any medal in the Summer Olympics yet. I am happy that there are few athletes representing NEPAL. The only athlete I known to won the GOLD is Amita Shrestha from Dharan. She won the 200 meter in 2003 Special Olympics World Summer. She also bagged BRONZE in 100 meters. I hear Sangina, the only Ttaekwondo participant from South Asia, has better chances of winning medal than other nepali athletes (wildcard participants) Good luck to Nayana, Sangina, Rajendra and others. You guys make us proud. go NEPAL go!!!
