Guys happy new year, just like San's gift for all of us in this new year, this is my gift for all the sajhaties..

Dedicated to all the fellows Sajhaties who received Sajha Person of the year 2004 including myself:

Yesterday night I had some yummy Chinese food. When my hungry stomach got full, it was time for me to break the fortune cookie in half. It was ?Da moment?, drum rolls were playing in my ears, my body was occupied with sensations, and I was eager. The very moment, with my strength, I defied gravity, held the cookie in my hand and broke it half. ?You won?t be bored anymore, new adventures are on your way?, this is what the paper read. My heart pumped faster than ever, I was excited and didn?t/don't have patience to wait for the adventure that is to take place in my life.

Sun shined today, it was early morning. I followed my daily routine, brushed my teeth, took a bath, put some clothes on and sat in front of the computer. Now, not even in my wildest dream I could have imagined, I, COFUSED, being Sajha person of the year for 2004, but when I opened my web browser and logged into sajha.com, the unthinkable was viewable, it was right in front of my eyes. ?Isn?t that awesome!? (For a sec I did think I was the only one :P )

Since I first logged into Sajha years ago, till this moment, I have cultured many things from here. As my life in Sajha was moving on, my personal life in this material world was/is also moving in pace. There are so many brilliant things I have gained from Sajha, be it from Sitara?s writing, Nepe?s poem, Dipika?s stories, Vishontar ji?s advice, J_Bhoot?s humor, Kalanki?s review, P_gaunle?s contribution, Prem_charo?s detective work, silly thoughts of MM , or from Indisguise?s discrimination(the post :P). I have learned so much from here. Each Sajhatie?s work here in Sajha has contributed to what I write, what I see, and who I am, not only in the virtual world but also in this living material world. It?s not only the Sajha forum where I have made wonderful friends, but also in Sajha chat, I have met brothers, sisters, and great friends. These brothers, sisters and friends I have met aren?t jus the usual ones, they have been the remarkable ones. Ones, that are nicer than the beautiful flowers and have heart bigger than a Wide Open Ocean. I am very thankful that I have chosen Sajha as my learning and exploring ground. I don?t think any other forum in this virtual world harbors such colorful characters like here in Sajha, and for that reason Sajha is great! Thank you everyone for being here, sharing your ideas and thoughts, and leaving a virtual foot print on my living life.

Now, for the serious part, ?who should really be awarded Sajha?s person of the year?? that?s very much an arguable factor, but what?s not arguable is that we all have received it :P So thank you San, for bestowing us with such a prestigious title and I assure you(from my side), I will honor it in every one of my posting. For now, I just need (dream) to be ?person of the year? on one more place ? Time Magazine. Will it be take me years or will it be tomorrow, for that, there is time itself to define.

?Happy new year to all Sajhaties, and may this year only bring you only happiness.?

How come no one talked about New Year resolutions? eh... Am I the only one who has New Year's resolutions? Making those resolutions is one thing, and practicing them is something that is hard and almost impossible to do. Still waiting for my NY's day... although it's already 2nd of January....

Anyway, some of the resolutions I should be concentrating on by now... eh
1. This was a headline or something I read somewhere like a week ago ...
"STOP SURFING (web), DO SOMETHING"... hmmm, makes sense to me.. haha.

2. QUIT SMOKING, although some sajhaities say we ain't a quitter... I could have bought a car by now... eh.. this time I am seriously hoping to pay at least a car insurance wit it.. :D

3. Work out, gain some stamina, work on that belly so that when I take my shirt off in the summertime, they won't call me "ye भुँडें " hehe.. that was supposed to be a secret...

And of course there are bunch of other stuffs that are so personal and secret that I really gotta either quit em or modify em... eh...

(Suddenly, I like plain khaki trousers and plain shirts these days, eh.. no more A&F, what's up with that? eh.. gettin' old? eh... the otherday I even bought a metal banded watch coz I was sick and tired of wearing plastic digital watch... eh.. shit, I am growing old... eh.
