Mera pyara Sajhaka mitra haru,

yehahaurlai abagatai chha hola ki mero computer le dukkha ta deeracha tei pani, aja malai aaloo ko achhar khana mann lagyo.. tesaile kasailai banaune tarika thaha bhaye, kripaya yeha posti garidinu huncha ki.. huna ta mero aama lai sodhna hunthyo, tara mero aama lai phone garda gharma bhetna sakina.. tesaile yeha aru kasailai thaha bhaye ati uttam hunthyo..

aaloo ko achhar khane aas ma,

aloo ko achar.
alu usunnu ..ani peel garnu ani cut it into small size as u want.....ani til,lai fry garn...oil nahalee.dry pan ma..fry garnu ni til.. kagati ko raas wa chuk ali kati....anii khursani,onion ,grind gare pani huncha otherwise sano sano parera katnu...
ani til,pyaaj ..dhaniya...khursani ko paste ,kagati ko raas,halera muchnu......
achar tayaar huncha............

2nd method.
alo usunee,offcourse peel garne ani sano size banaune:)
ani capsicum lai ekchin fry garne...ani tyasma dahi rakhne ani ekchin chalaune
ani tyo dahi,capsicum lai aloo ma khanaunee...arko achar.
note:capsicum fry garda ali kati ekdam thorai besar halnu parcha hai..


3rd one.
alo usunnee.....ani grind garne.....ani dhaniya ,khursane,kagati hale mix garne arko achar huncha......

ani last ma malai bhannu la kun chai mitho bhayo?:)

Yo keko season ho kunni....gayeko week Kasailai Chana khana mann lagyo...kasari bhutne? Bhandai Sajha ma new thread suru garyo. Pheri arko ayo...Bhatmas khayera padna mann lagyo bhancha....bhatmas kaha paucha re ajha? aba kanchi lai achar khana mann lagecha...aloo ko achar kasari banaune? sodhchin....wah wah.
Ruina buini le help ramro garya jasto chha...ma pani esso tipera cha ni, mero budhi lai ghar ma lagera dekhaunu paryo....Pakayera khwai po halche ki.


BY THE WAY..YOU CAPSICCUM BHANEKO NEPALI MA KE HO? I LIKE THE ONE WITH TEEL ...MOM USED TO MAKE THAT WAY..KHOI ABA BUDHI LE KE GARCHE KUNNI

capsicum lai hmm nepali ma...............hmmm sayad bhede khursani bahncha hola....thulo thulo huncha tara tyati piro hundaina..its green and sometimes red in colour.....
i am sure hajur ko uhaa le banaunu huncha hola..........
laa malai pani sunau la kasto huncha....:)

nakkali kanchii , oho ma timro computer banauna aaauda malai alu ko achar banaera khuwaune bichar ho ..... thts so nice of you la la ma aaunu agadi ek dui choti banera ali practice garirakha hai .. malai ta ali amilo amilo piro piro man parcha hai.....

Lau kaanchhiiii muahhhhhh....k 6 long no cccc where u been?wow u makin aachar tyo pani aalu ko hmmmm mukh bata pani aayoooooo .....recipe lai.....
1.allu pani ma halera boil gara
2.boil bhaye pachi teslai chodau ani kata
3.tesma masala khursani ani tel nun adi ityadi hala...
4.til cha bhane bhutera pinera hala hai
5.ani jimmu lai telma jhanera tyo pani hala
6.chalau ramro sanga

ani malai bolau hai nabirsera........:)

I was going to make aalo ko achaar but just realized that I don't have any teel, so i am gonna get it from an indian store soon, in like 15 mins. i will let you guys know it comes out to be. ani ho ta shaq, if you come to fix my computer, ma timilai aalo ko achaar matra hoina, aru chaubees byanjyan nai banayera khwaula.. (chaubees byanjyan bhannale kukhura ko masu, cauli ko tarkari, ani kaalo daal, aaloo ko achaar sab huncha tesma) merai mukh ma rasayo... yummyy..la ta, wish me luck guys.. now i am ready for my mission...

Matrix Rose, found the recipe of Sweet/Sour Karela but found somewhere in an Indian Website. Mero Budhi lai pani naaune raicha. Bichara le kahan kahan bhauju haru lai phone garera sodhya hai...kehi lagena ..ani maile esso web search garya ta kaam lagyo.

Sweet and Sour Karela

Ingredients

1/2 kg Karels ( bitter gourd)
4 tbps chilli powder
1 tbsp tumeric powder
a lemon sized ball of tamarind
lemon sized ball of jaggery
salt to taste

For seasoning:

2tbsps. of oil
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek ( methi seeds)
1/4 tsp asafoetida(hing)
8-10 green chillis
1 sprig curry leaves

Method:

1. Cut the karela into thin slices, apply salt and keep it aside for 3-4 hrs. (You could do it overnight too).
2. Squeeze out the awter and deep fry till crisp.
3. Drain and keep aside. Soak tamaring in hot water and extract juice and keep aside.
4. Fry mustard in 2 tbsp of oil. When the seeds splutter add fenugreek, asafoetida, curry leaves and small slices of green chillis, chilli and tumeric powders.
5. Add jaggery and tamarind juice. When the gravy thickens add the fried karela slices and remove from fire.
6. Serve hot with chappatis, rotis or nans.

Aight, I have different style.

1. 4 wata Aloo ko bokra tasne. Ani aloo lai Finger Chips style le katne.
2. Extra vigin olive oil ma maja sanga Bhutne (make sure aloo kacho nahos). Swaad anusar nun rakhne, one pinch cummin powder rakhera ek chin bhutne
3. Tyas paachi euta bowl ma aloo lai rakhne.
4. 2 tbl spoon Mustard paste add garne.
5. Red-Chilli powder halne (piro tolerate garne sakne gari)
6. Euta singo kagati nicharne.
7. Matthi bata finely cut dhaniya sharkine.
8. Bowl lai maathi bata plate le chopne ra maaja le bowl halayera sabai mix garne.

Try this one - Boil gareko bhanda swadilo huncha.

Well Matrix Rose, I live in Houston Hai and we get karela everywhere... There are Big grocery stores FIESTA and there is Indian Market and even at the Meenakshi Temple here, they sell Karela. Karela is one of my best vegetables so I llllove it.
I donno where you are from ... if you are from houston I can help you..heheh

Aaloo ko achar...

1. Usine ko aalu tukra parni
2. bhuteko KHAIRO TEEL, bhuteko JEERA, bhuteko RATO SUKYA KHURSANI, ra TIMMUR...dhulo parni (coffee grinder is the best for this task)
3. ready-made dhulo khursani ali kati add garni
5. sabai dhulo ko mix tukriyeko aalu ma molni
6. paani thapera ledo banauni
7. chha bhane...CHUK KO AMILO alikati, wa BHAKIMLO (gaamle harulai mattra thaha hola...shahar ma payinnna) misauni
8. CHUK/BHAKIMLO nabhayeko khanda ma...kagati le amilo banauni...CHUK/BHAKIMLO haleko bhaye, swad ko laagi mattra thorai kagati nichorni
9. finally...chireko hariyo khursani, sliced garlic, ra methi tannai...tori ko tel ma kharrauni, ani jhwain parni!

**add chopped dhaniya and salt to taste just before serving
***can add diced cucumbers, carrots, peas, mula...or whatever one likes...to aalu!

Aaloo ko char ko recipe liyera sutukkai poila gai ki kya ho? Aafno poi lai mattra meetho meetho khwamla bhanera?

Hera hai, bhandya chha...haamle tyo achar chaakhna payenam bhane...timro poi ko pet dukhera khuttrukkai hunechha...arko tukra aaloo nilna napaundai thaharai hola feri...

Tyo dhobini ko chyattyaa petticoat ko kassam!
