King had problems with indian media from beginnig I do not knwo why.... when he was made king indian media portrayed him as a pro china and ani india king... but later came out to be false as he developed more better relation with India....
There are so many facts that proves this theory wrong...... His son's in-laws are Indian Royal families, he has major business ties with Indian coroporation like Tata, ITC, Oberai hotels.... ITC is indian government own corporation that is in tie with Surya tobaco nepal...
I do not know why Indian media sees him as anti india....
Right now india is trying not to openly support the king may be because they are afraid if nepal will become strong then they will loose control over nepal.... they were taking advantage of political crisis and curroption in nepal they have alreadytaken large part of our land and water.... this is becuase of political leaders and beurocrats who sell it in return of personal favors like scholarship for their childrens in good indian schools and colleges....
but with this well calculated move india has choice than to support king... because else they will have to support maoist.... actually they were supporting maoist by letting them stay in india before....
it is just recent they started the crackdown because of US pressure and also it became threat to them....
