The present condition of Nepal is in the massive crisis on her history. The insurgency launched by the CPN Maoist with violence and destructive activities since 1996 make some extent affect life style of every people in Nepal. According to the UN official report more than 11000 people had lost their life and more than 200000 citizens are already displaced. We have unaccountable number in present having worse life as a victim from this conflict. The handicapped people and dependent family as an infants and widows were facing a great problem for their daily life since state also could not able to launch for social rehabilitation programme to affected people. Rural society affects more in comparison, as in the villages we hardly find youth today. Youth and men are displaced and various professional who were serving for the uplift of the rural society enforce to migrate. Villagers are trapping from both the arm forces and insurgency group. The insurgency group enforce them to join in their arm forces. The teachers, technician, business personality, politicians and even the state institution cannot stay in the most of the rural areas. The developmental activities could not able to implement from the government and non-government institute in rural areas. The arm forces are facing difficulties to stay in the most rural areas of Nepal. We have vacuum in the people?s representative in parliament and local body. The conflict and violence became so sensitive and destructive for our social life that immediate remediation from this disaster is required for no further losses of human life and physical property. In this real realisation fact we have existence of various socio economic and political challenges in our forehead. Without addressing such problems we will be unable to get sustainable peace in this nation. The massive number of poverty, unemployment rate, social discrimination, inequality and the irresponsible of the state for its general people in the service delivery are our major problems from last some generations. The extreme exploitation from the elite group and currently after the political change in 1990 the emergence of neo elite group from the political arena and its? surrounding create much more frustration in social life of individuals. I do believe Maoist movement are planted in this context when the people of Nepal is not getting to experience of social and economic transformation from last some generation and there is also not any such expectation remains to possible changes in this condition in near future. Thus our land had been so fertile for massive explore of such conflict in very short period that internally there is much more pressure building from injustice social structure and externally the wave of globalisation much more enforce people for psychologically ready to drastic changes. I think Maoist movement is also come out as an extreme frustration from such environment of our nation. But it is another subject to debate whether the path identified or they planned for social and economic transformation is adequate or not? But we have this facts some extend complete picture of Nepalese socio economic and political condition.
Our resolution:
In this present environment we have to very much committed to join in the field for conflict management activities in Nepal. For the peaceful nation and socialistic patter of society in my nation we have to dedicate our knowledge. Peace is our basic and primary needs for national development. For the achievement such goal to find out the fundamental causes and to tackle with those problems readjusting our socio economic and political aspect is one of our major challenges. I do believe that the increasing of this kind of conflict and violence in this state is because of discrimination, poverty, inequality, exploitation and failure of state to provide proper opportunity, as state seem irresponsible towards its citizen from long period. Today we have dominant position of arm concept to ideological aspect. To shift from current arm politics to ideological politics I think the awareness and educational programme through every forum that is community to nation level the fair discussion to identify the alternatives is essential. Management of proper platform and skills to systemize those activities the subjective expertise can play for productive result. Subjective skill, knowledge and idea encompass more coordinative quality to organize and will have more managerial skill to switch the unanticipated challenges in the field.
