( Note: I am just sharing a news from a weekly in Nepal. And I want to make it clear that I am not against somebody's right to invest whereever he likes.)
KG's sarkar is still banning the large part of mobile phone communication in Nepal. They say it is to control maoist communication capability, but maoist communication machinery is intact. Sufferers are Nepalese people. And Nepal Telecomm has lost a lot of money, government revenue is also lost.
May be they will allow Nepal telecom to run its service fully only after this new coming company has largest proportion of customers.
