What about : United States of Nepal (USN) ?
Give the rulers of all pre-unified states their states back.
Let them plan their own states.
Let The present king be the Federal King and the chairman of the council of kings of all states.
Let the all kings of those states have their own ministers and own politics.
Let their be foreign aid to diffeent states rather than Nepal Khaldo.
Let the Present King go back to Gorkha and let him build his own nation first !
Let the Mallas rise in Nepal Khaldo (kathmandu)
Let their be Kings all over the nation. Let those kings defend their own maoists or get unified with them.
RESULT?
Only Gorkha will have maoist problem with the King from gorkha, baburam from gorkha nd the maoist movements epicenter in gorkha. it also will have direct control over Prachanda's chitwan, i think !!!!!!
