Don't know... But I know how to use P2P on the Internet... ROTFLOL. eh. On a serious note, where you at? Coz, if you are in the US, they had some disagreement going on between ISP providers and the Sony Company... Don't know if it's been resolved tho.. Heard the PSP in Korea can be accessed to the Internet. ehe.

Just upgrade your PSP firmware to version 2.xx, it also has the built in browser that you can use to go online. I got my 2.xx from the GTA but I think you should also be able to download it from the Sony website. But if you don't want to upgrade to 2.xx, then you will need "Wipe Out Pure". You will also need 802.11a,b or g wireless router.
