Congratulations to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Paras Bir Bikram Shah Dev on this great achievement! Just the fact that he was chosen our of 27 million-odd Nepalese from a thoroughly very-competitive selection process tells a lot about this award. [I seriously hope His Royal Highness Crown Prince Paras Bir Bikram Shah Dev reads my post; I am desperate to be nominated as one of the local chiefs sometime soon!]
