i'm afraid the moment has passed for gyne. it's too little too late. people've died in the street and they won't let leaders compromise on anything less than reinstatement of the parliament and thereafter constituent assembly elections. according to star news, kp bhattarai has declined the post of prime minister and asked the king to immediately hand over power to people.
