i have an array of data, 24000 rows and six columns and need to run PCA on the data to reduce the data. Though PCA only allows me to run six rows at a time due there being sic columns.
Anyone know any code that will help so that i can run PCA six rows at a time until it executes all 24000 lines?

why another thread for the same question ? already so many people contributed their knowledge in the same thread you created few days back.

anyway, your question is not clear. in PCA, there must be some columns representing some items and rows representing observations from some subjects. further, your understanding is questionnable as you need at least 60 rows for 6 columns to build a model using PCA, why six at a time? to be frank, your question does not make any sense to me.

you should try to explore factor structure from some number of rows as you have so maany rows or responses. and use confirmatory factor analysis in other sets of validation rows.

maybe, you could explain more about your problem.
