Does anyone have idea what we need to go for labor certification in EB2 category ?
Please share your experience.

1. Your employer should be willing.

2. Hiring lawer is almost a compulsion, so why share and make any delay, just go ahead.

3. If no 1 is not applicabel, why the headache.

Labor for EB2 category needs either Masters degree and one year of experience OR bachelors degree and five years of experience nb the same field. These experiences should be prior to working for the current company.

You probably already know this already, but EB2 has two categories. One, you already seem to be aware of, that requires PERM. The OTHER one, is called National Interest. Depending on your qualifications and the field, you could be eligible for that. And THAT does not require PERM, or labor certification, and you can file I140 and I485 at the same time. Hope this helps, though I am not answering your question.

2. Ur employer is willing to pay the eb 2 salary.
3. Creating a job description so no US worker is available.
4. Ur employer making enough money to prove the case.

one more thing, eb 2 salary runs at least 75K. So if ur employer is willing to pay, give a shot.
