Bornfree,

just a tiny comment la ? KtmDude has started the theard with the link and wrote " This site, which draws...." I don't think he must be seeing Buddha taking Birth. Just wondering why did you ask a question the way u did ?

Moreover, definitely being a nepali we don't like media writing the way it has been in that site. The important messages we as critiques should take is we haven't done anything to promote Buddhism in other countries.

Again back to Political platform - nepali contex- King Gyan(e) was the chairman of Lumbini Development Committee - do you remember that ? Samraksy-ka ( Keeper - forget the proper english word) of Buddism in other way . My friend Borne, when Gyan Shah visited Lumbini - what did he do - do you know ? you think he was doing Meditation or so. - No- My fr No. He used to order - whishky - and Kukhura-ko Masu during his stay there. Moreover, he needed LEFT SAPETO ( LEFT THIGH ) Only....! so approximately about 40 Kukhura were killed to feed Gyane every evening.

Now, the Preserver of Buddism in Nepali is like Gyan Shah - how heck in the world people know Buddha was born in Nepal ? We have to know ourselves for what we are doing back home. Are we doing our duties ? Are we doing our Homeworks ? No...! Then - you know Indians...! well my fr. it was nice you brought the issue here...Thanks !
