Just wanted to find out how many of you are a permanent US residents whose spouse, fiance are stuck back home OR are unable to get married due to lack of such provision as K-3 and H-4 for US citizen and H-1 visa holders? What alternate approaches have you guys taken to mitigate "wait time"?.. I am one of those ppl who is affected by such Immi law.

A bill was introduced in late 05 - H.R. 4448 by Rep Frank Pallone (NJ) to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit the admission to the United States of nonimmigrant students and visitors who are the spouses and children of United States permanent resident aliens, and for other purposes.
