Hello everyone. I need some ideas from our nepali friends residing in US. Everytime we come up around this time..we talk about ANA a lot.Many bands an artists have to look around for Organisors who donot want any other artists or band to be involve in the ANA shows.After all we all are NEPALESE. We have rights to participate on the events like ANA, after all it is so called a Mother Organisation for Nepalese.Just for name i guess.

So i was thinking to organise a MUSIC-FEST starting from 2007. will have various bands and solo artists doing enter-band contest.Also thinking of enter dance competition.The show will run for 2 days in the weekends.Will have grand prizes for the winners. We will invite 1 famous band from nepal (thinking to start with NEPATHYA).So we all donot have to rely on ANA overall, every year. We will have another big event for Nepalese community residing in USA.

Okely was a song first we recorded....Okely means a Dream Girl in Phillipino.i was so connected with this word....i decided to make a song with this word.And thanx that you like it.

Dude if you guys suck why would the organizers want you ? It is very very very tought to make it it Music business. There is a lotta competition. You have to be exceptionally good to be able to make it. YOU HAVE RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN ANA rey ? ha ha ha Really !! Hmmmm I did not know that. he he I thought it was up to the organizers of ANA to pick who they want. I don't think it just for name it is the Biggest and the most LAMEST Nepali organization(TRUE THAT).

Its a pretty good idea but who is going to pay for it ? And if you charge like 50 bucks a ticket ....no one is going to showup. And at the same time tha bands have to be up to par. Otherwise it will be a total flop.

BathroomCoffee , nice to see ya comments.Let me make it clear, this article is not for me or my band, i'm already in ANA for this year too, was in last year's ANA dallas, and will be next year in LA. so never mind. And i guess no artist in this universe has all their songs hit #1 in the chart, saying so...OKELY so far have given some good tunes and will come with fine tunes pretty soon.
My concern here is for all these young people here who want to show their TALENTS. I know ANA does choose whom they want and i understand that cannot invole jhare-pate band or artist for the show and also all who call for particiaption. So therefore, we want to know if Nepalese here are interested for something different which gonna give us extra event for the summer, and fun.
Talking about expenses,nothing is east to start with. so we need to find national and local sponsers. It is nothing bad toward ANA, just a new event for Nepalese leaving here.
