Apartment has laundry in the basement with free on-street parking, a kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of basement storage. Apartment is situated in heath street which is off broadway. A bus stop (#89 to sullivan sq and Davis sq) is less than a minute walk. It is close to star market ( 5 mins), brooks pharmacy (2 mins), walgreens (2 mins) and other convenient stores including italian, indian etc. We're looking for a recent graduate or a college student who is friendly, responsible enough to pay bills on time and keeps the common spaces clean. No pets allowed and if a smoker, should not smoke inside the house.
