What can you eat and what can you not eat. Please help. If people have experiance with jaundice, it will be nice to hear from them how they treated them

dont eat any thing fatty at all. eat only boiled vegetables, no meat......for atleast a month. eat a lot of sugar in the form of fruit juice (lots and lots of it) and water...you should at least drink 4-5 liters of water to flush out all the bilirubin or whatever from your body. you sud do this for atleast a month.

and get yourself tested to ensure that your jaundice is caused by the hepatitis E virus.....other forms are dangerous. the last piece of information i heard. i am not 100 % sure.

Avoid oilly food,eat all boiled vegetables,n drink boiled water.

do't is
don't eat oily
dont' eat piro (chilly)
don't eat amilo (acidic)

do's
eat sugar with water
eat papaya
only use the aayurvedic medicine
drink water much

I had jaundice too and I hope you get well soon tusaro. You mostly have to stick to boiled food and vegetables. I hated them so what I would do was eat wai wai most of the time without the masalas of course and throw some vegetable in it for some fiber. They aren't as bad as boiled vegetables without the spices. Also drink a lot of fluid.

OMG I STILL REMEMBER THAT YUCKY PANI ROTI! all yu hafta eat is like juice and stuff, no spicy, hot, oily foods :(
