 lost pssprt n visa..

I recently had my passport and visa lost in the u.s. As for the passport i got it made, but i'm confused about the visa....do i have to go back to nepal to make it or is it possible to make it in u.s itself???????????????? i'm a student and there's not many ppl who have lost passports.....so i don't know the whats????? so plz help me.

if you lost it there is no way to get it back and theyll send you back to nepal and tell you to wait there in the meantime while they make you a new one.

my visa isn't expiring until 3 to 4 years....so i just wanted to know if it was possible to get visa stamped in u.s itself????????

Why don't you write to the American Embassy in Nepal? they are very prompt and might be able to help you out.

glad to know the news.. i mean u r not the only one... i have the same problem... i got a new passport... but no visa and 1-94.. i heard u can make a new i-94 but i don't know anything about the new visa... like u ... my visa expires on 2010... i don't know what to do.... if u find anything.. let me know.. and if i do.. i'll do the same...!!

usually when you report to your school i.e. the first time. they make that copy of your visa.
if you do not have any copy ask them for a copy of the copy.. (O:

you are all set. take that and your passport and the embassy of NEPAL will issue you another visa in NEW PASSPORT...

I see. We all should know this. No guarantee of passport these days, if you travel here and there!
