Why has Moriaty been so keen in Nepal? Why has he been in such controversy in the current political scenario of Nepal?

Time and again he has been humiliated with immence magnitude. If he is in mission to put America in the top list as foreign influence in Nepal then he has been beaten by the Indians. He has been proved wrong in every speech he gives, every action he takes. Indians have beaten him in political influence as well as monitary aid. His every speech has been beaten by Indians. I thought he would stop. But no, he has been keeping his stubborn activities till now. Because of him, nepal has not been able to move forward with the ongoing peace process. He still is keen to keep the Monarchy. Till yesterday he has been consulting with the king and GP Baje.

I was wondering what might be his target, what will he gain if the current confusion is prolonged, or more bloodshed is done? Why is he so active in dismantling the activitis in favor of the Royals? What will America get out of this?

He has been apologizing for the statements he gave, time and again. But still he has not stopped, does he not realize that there is a limit for which an embassador can humiliate the country he represents?
