I am planning to buy a car. What is better to buy? new car or the used car? From person or from dealer? full payment or monthly payment. What is the cost of insurance ?(MA). Which is best deal for insurance?

Duh, Of course New car if you got some dough. If not, used car is probably the option to go for. Well, if you got enough money for used car too, buy from person. If you want to get warranty and service, get it from dealer. Insurance depends upon your age and driving history. There is no best deal for insurance but Geico.com is preferable to others.

Geico is an online insurance company. So if you fill out ya's info abt insurance, age and stuff like that, ya will be insured for ya's car.
