I believe that they will not and they should not impose to the public as what they want. This is a democratic country and will follow by the people's rule not by there rule. And this is not a good step for there political future if they are looking for. I hope they will look into this unfair demand and not make a blunder by imposing what people don't want or else they will have to face the consequences.

You're absolutely correct, giving a shelter is not a big deal for the people of kathmandu, but this is not the way you grant a shelter.
