My cousin is doing her undergrad in Canada right now. Her major is Math and Geophysics. She is planning to come to US for either Grad school or law school next year. Which colleges do you guyes suggest?

Depends on how she did in her undergraduates, in the standardized tests, whether she has research/internship experiences among others.
